Qualifications

• Six months experience in package handler or similar supervisory role.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (retail, fulfillment center, warehouse, dock).
• Military experience with honorable discharge acceptable.
• Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and daily goals.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages and manage staff.
• Coach, train and evaluate staff; administer performance management and discipline as needed.
• Contribute to safety strategies and programs and enforce FXG policies.
