Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Packaging Handlers; recruit, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Plan and organize day-to-day operations; ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.

• Monitor performance data and implement action plans to improve metrics.
