Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a frontline Operations Supervisor to support the Safety Above All culture and manage day-to-day operations with assigned staff. You will ensure safe, efficient package sortation and oversee administrative processes compliant with FXG policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, training, evaluating performance, and maintaining productivity while guiding staff through operational updates and daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience in package handling or supervisory roles in a fast-paced environment.
• In lieu of experience, certification or 2+ years of college courses toward a degree.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, train, recognize and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff and direct day-to-day operations.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages and manage trailers with other departments.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues; escalate when needed.
• Mentor junior supervisors and adapt to changing business needs.
