Responsibilities

• Lead frontline operations to ensure safe, efficient package sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, evaluate and manage staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and governmental regulations.
• Train new employees on job duties, safety, QA, SWAK, and VEDR coaching.
• Mentor and develop other Operations Supervisors.
