Job summary

Collectors seeks an Operations Supervisor for Beckett in Tigard, Oregon to launch a new card grading operation. You will oversee receiving, research and ID, encapsulation, quality control, imaging, invoicing and shipping, coordinating an on-site team.

The role requires supervising staff, enforcing procedures, achieving quarterly revenue and profit goals, and traveling to events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience as supervisor or in a relevant leadership role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end card grading operations for Beckett team in Tigard.
• Implement and enforce policies to optimize productivity.
• Organize workflow and establish daily objectives and weekly schedules.
• Monitor productivity and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
• Track KPIs and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
• Occasional travel to card shows and events.
