Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented teammate to support trading card grading operations at our Portland facility. You will handle order receiving, imaging, encapsulation, research, and quality control, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.

Daily tasks include photographing cards with mounted cameras, printing labels, packing orders, and coordinating with Customer Service to resolve issues. Strong teamwork and meticulous communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience handling trading card processing and warehouse tasks.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle processes across trading card grading operations (order receiving, imaging, encapsulation, research/identification, quality control).
• Match, count, and check items.
• Enter item information into the database and print stickers containing order details.
• Work with Customer Service and Problem Orders departments to resolve problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and/or deals.
• Research cards using manufacturer checklists and enter information into the database.
• Encapsulate and seal cards.
• Inspect assembled parts and products for defects and deviations.
• Verify submission details, product quantities, identification stickers, labels, order correctness, and completeness.
• Take high-resolution photos of each card using a mounted camera and computer program.
• Package orders, seal boxes with tape, and attach external labels.
• Process shipping for the specified return carrier and close orders.
• Safely handle and account for valuable merchandise throughout all process stages.
