Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist to safeguard classified information, personnel, facilities, and government programs within DoD and IC settings.

This role involves administering security programs, ensuring NISP compliance, maintaining clearance data, processing visits, and leading audits. A Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility and CDSE/IAT‑IAM II certifications are required, with degree substitutions possible for extensive experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial security, facility security, or related areas.
• Experience in DoD, government, defense contractor, or IC environments.
• Solid knowledge of industrial security regulations and protected information procedures.
• Experience with inspections, audits, and self-assessments.
• Strong understanding of personnel security and access management.
• Ability to interpret and apply government security directives.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Must obtain CDSE within 1 year of hire and hold IAT/IAM Level II.
• Minimum Top Secret clearance or higher with SAP/SAR eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support industrial security programs per NISP requirements and government directives.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory controls for classified information.
• Maintain facility clearance docs, personnel access records, and classified holdings.
• Process classified visit requests, access actions, indoctrinations, and debriefings.
• Conduct security reviews, self-inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
• Protect, control, transmit, store, and destroy classified information.
• Coordinate with government customers, FSOs, program managers, and security stakeholders.
• Investigate security incidents and document compliance concerns, supporting corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain industrial security procedures and program documentation.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and security metrics for leadership and government reps.
• Support security education, awareness, and training initiatives.
