Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a results-driven site supervisor in Salt Lake City to manage daily production and drive sales-related activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality across operations. The role partners with Sales to maintain margins while meeting customer expectations and budget targets.

You will oversee a team, schedule and dispatch installers, manage facilities and equipment, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a safety‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.
• Minimum age 18.
• College education or equivalent years of experience.
• Prior installation, service center, or distribution center experience preferred.
• Prior P&L responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and sales activities to meet goals.
• Manage production staff, scheduling, dispatch, safety, and quality.
• Develop sales strategy with the Sales team to close deals and margins.
• Monitor budgets and contribute to site-level planning.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Drive continuous improvement within the department.
