Job summary

• Performs research and analysis to identify barriers and recommends improvement strategies.
• Assesses feasibility of program restructuring and develops recommendations for senior management.
• Analyzes barriers to improve delivery of department services and interrelated programs.
• Interprets statistical results and counsels clients in using core data sources to create reports.
• Serves as expert for special projects; provides data-driven analyses.
• Assists with research, data analysis and presentations; participates in professional development and training.
• Performs other duties as needed.
