• Experience with full-cycle recruiting across IC and leadership roles.
• Ability to build and scale hiring systems, identify metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication with General Managers, Account Leads, and leadership.
• Familiarity with Ashby or ability to adopt new recruiting tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple orgs with emphasis on operations.
• Collaborate with managers to map needs and improve processes.
• Build top-of-funnel using outbound, talent intelligence, and Mercor’s product.
• Coach interviewers on structured interviewing and decision hygiene.
• Operationalize hiring systems and track key funnel metrics.
• Drive speed and quality with fast offers and strong candidate experience.
• Build brand through campaigns, referrals, and events.
• Represent Mercor to top candidates in a competitive market.
• Collaborate on dashboards and automation within recruiting systems.
