Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of leadership experience in CPG, nutraceuticals, or food & beverage manufacturing.
• Strong track record in operations, manufacturing, and supply chain across multi-site settings.
• Experience implementing quality systems and FDA cGMP / 21 CFR Part 111 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment operations.
• Develop production schedules, capacity planning, and ERP system optimization.
• Drive cost reductions, COGS improvements, and profitability through efficiency enhancements.
• Build scalable SOPs and oversee quality assurance, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams to achieve KPI targets and growth objectives.
