Job summary

Herbal Goodness is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator/Technician & Operations Associate in McKinney, TX to support our tea and liquid manufacturing operations. You will operate production machinery, perform setup and changeovers, troubleshoot basic issues, support maintenance, and help with day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse tasks.

The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new machinery and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing equipment.
• Experience operating machinery, production equipment, packaging equipment, or similar systems.
• Ability to follow written SOPs, production instructions, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter production information.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Able to safely lift and move materials up to ~50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate tea and liquid manufacturing equipment, perform setup and changeovers.
• Stage raw materials, labels, bottles, and packaging components.
• Follow production instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor machines for output and quality, complete daily/weekly schedules.
