Job summary

Herbal Goodness is seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and order processing. You will implement WMS, ensure safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement while leading a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse management, strong WMS knowledge, and proven ability to optimize layout and space, achieve accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred.
• Experience leading warehouse and fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and order processing.
• Implement and optimize warehouse management systems and processes.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout.
