Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing, Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, and Shipping & Receiving with clear priorities.
• Develop and coach managers and teams through communication, feedback, succession planning, and training.
• Translate company goals into operating plans, capacity strategies, and budgets.
• Improve materials, products, and information flow to boost throughput and on-time delivery.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with customer commitments.
