Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with strong cGMP knowledge and FSMA familiarity.
• Experience leading FDA inspections and remediation activities.
• Background in OTC/pharma or personal care environments.
• Proven ability to drive quality system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA, QC labs, document control, validation and complaints.
• Oversee site QMS implementation per FDA/corporate standards.
• Act as quality site lead for inspections; ensure readiness.
• Address compliance issues and manage CAPAs effectively.
• Collaborate with Ops, Eng, R&D on investigations and changes.
• Review batch records, product releases, deviations, investigations.
• Represent site quality in executive meetings and strategy.
