Job summary

Hyve Solutions Corporation is seeking an Operations Program Manager to optimize our sales funnel, improve data integrity, and enable the sales teams to hit targets. The role collaborates with Customer, MFG, and Supply Chain to set CTB dates and shipping schedules, while ensuring realistic commitments based on production constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, preferably manufacturing.
• High-volume reporting and data analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in industry, or associate + 5 years.
• Excellent business communication, verbal and written.
• Proven self-starter with fast learning and proactive problem solving.
• Analytical skills for diverse and complex data-driven problems.
• Proficient in Windows OS and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Customer, MFG, and Supply Chain to set CTB dates and develop shipping schedules.
• Use hands-on MFG experience to ensure commitments are realistic and aligned with production constraints.
• Execute to shipped schedules; actively troubleshoot on the factory floor and escalate as needed.
• Run efficient meetings to resolve processes and issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Customer and Hyve Traffic to schedule and book shipments.
• Monitor Customer SLA, track CoD and RCCA, and implement cross-functional corrective actions.
• Collaborate with MFG to meet cycle times.
• Track re-work and change order requests, ensuring cost coverage before MCOs.
• Track sustaining requests and cost coverage before WOs.
• Serve as main POC between internal teams and the customer.
