Starkey Hearing Technologies in Eden Prairie, MN, is seeking an Operations Process Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation solutions for manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering workflows.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to map processes, reduce manual work, and deploy scalable tools, including low-code apps, dashboards, and data integrations, with focus on accuracy, traceability, and faster decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, operations, industrial engineering, computer science, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience improving operational processes through automation, analytics, data tools, or workflow systems.
• Experience working with business users to define requirements, test solutions, and support adoption.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and bottlenecks across operations.
• Design and implement automation and digital solution concepts.
• Develop workflow trackers, dashboards, and data validation tools.
• Integrate data across enterprise systems using APIs, Python, SQL, and automation platforms.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users.
