Starkey Hearing in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a Sr. Test Automation Engineer to design and lead automated test platforms across hardware, firmware, software, RF, and wireless technologies.

You will architect intelligent test environments, apply advanced analytics, and mentor engineers in an R&D setting. Strong expertise in C#, .NET, WPF, and MVVM is expected, with focus on scalable automation and data-driven verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; M.S./PhD welcome but not required.
• 5–10 years related experience as a baseline for seniority.
• Experience in hardware-software integration and automated test systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment and support of automated test systems and validation platforms.
• Define requirements for hardware, firmware, software, RF, and wireless product verification.
• Develop test hardware, instrumentation, databases, and automation software.
• Evaluate new test technologies to improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
• Mentor engineers and technicians and drive project delivery.
