Ponte Vedra Beach-based Trudeau Kane, PLLC is hiring a full-time Office Manager to run the business side of a growing boutique law firm. You will oversee daily operations, HR, facilities, and vendor coordination, enabling attorneys to focus on clients.

You will lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for staff, and partner with outside accounting and IT providers to support growth and compliance. A long-term leadership role with real influence.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of office management experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Strong HR practices and employment law knowledge, with hiring, onboarding and performance management.
• Experience coordinating with outside accountants and IT vendors; familiarity with law firm billing/trust accounting a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, HR, or related field; SHRM-CP/PHR a plus.

• Manage HR policies, employee handbook, payroll, and benefits coordination with providers.
