Job summary

Trudeau Kane, PLLC is seeking a full-time Office Manager to run the business side of a growing boutique law firm in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. You will oversee daily operations, HR, facilities, and vendor management, while partnering with outside accountants and IT providers to support growth.

You will lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance reviews, and ensure a professional, positive workplace. This long-term leadership role reports to the founding partners.

Qualifications

• Must have strong HR practices and employment law knowledge.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; able to learn practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and client experience from front desk.
• Coordinate with outside accounting and IT providers; support billing and compliance.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for staff.
• Develop HR policies, maintain handbook, coordinate payroll/benefits.
