Job summary

Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington is seeking a Clinic Operations Supervisor to lead the Referrals Department, overseeing centralized referrals and medication prior authorizations to ensure timely patient care. You will partner with clinic teams to streamline front-end processes affecting referrals, authorizations, billing and reimbursement.

You will drive customer satisfaction, resolve escalations, and set the long-range direction for a department at the intersection of patient

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• Recent (within 2 years) management or leadership experience.
• Experience with physician revenue cycle and referrals/authorization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Referrals Department.
• Lead centralized referrals and medication prior authorizations to streamline patient care.
