Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an Operations Support, Management Analyst at Fort Belvoir, VA, to provide operations and management analysis for the RTI Business & Operations Group. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis
• Active Secret clearance
• Demonstrated operations, records, or management-analysis experience in a government environment
• 5 years of protocol experience for senior military/civilian leadership support where applicable

Responsibilities

• Support the organization's Records Management Program, including record inventories and standardized file plans.
• Support export control policy development and recommendations on technology exportability.
• Support international visits, meetings, and agreements, including drafting and staffing international agreements.
• Support onboarding, awards packages, outreach, and SharePoint/records administration.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I)

3+ years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I)
