Job summary

People, Technology & Processes seeks an Operations Support, Management Analyst at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD to perform operations and management analysis within the RTI Business & Operations Group. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated operations, records, or management-analysis experience in a government environment.
• 5 years of protocol experience for senior military/civilian leadership support where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization's Records Management Program, including record inventories and standardized file plans.
• Support export control policy development and recommendations on technology exportability.
• Support international visits, meetings, and agreements, including drafting and staffing international agreements.
• Support onboarding, awards packages, outreach, and SharePoint/records administration.
