Job summary

People, Technology & Processes seeks an Operations Support, Management Analyst at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD to perform operations and management analysis within the RTI Business & Operations Group. The role covers records management, export control, international activities, and process improvement to support mission readiness.

Required is a Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, 3+ years of relevant experience, and an active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated operations, records, or management-analysis experience in a government environment.
• 5 years of protocol experience for senior military/civilian leadership support where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization's Records Management Program, including record inventories and standardized file plans.
• Support export control policy development and recommendations on technology exportability.
• Support international visits, meetings, and agreements, including drafting and staffing international agreements.
• Support onboarding, awards packages, outreach, and SharePoint/records administration.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with DoD records management, export control, or international agreements.
• Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG support.
