People Technology And Processes in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is seeking an Operations Support, Management Analyst to provide operations and management analysis for the RTI Business & Operations Group. The role involves records management, export control, international activities, and process improvement.

Responsibilities include supporting the Records Management Program, developing export control policy, coordinating international visits and agreements, and assisting with onboarding, awards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I).
• Active Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated operations, records, or management-analysis experience in a government environment.
• 5 years of protocol experience for senior military/civilian leadership support where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations and management analysis for the RTI Business & Operations Group, including records management, export control, international activities, and process improvement.
• Support the organization's Records Management Program, including record inventories and standardized file plans.
• Support export control policy development and recommendations on technology exportability.
• Support international visits, meetings, and agreements, including drafting and staffing international agreements.
• Support onboarding, awards packages, outreach, and SharePoint/records administration.
