Slingshot is seeking an Operations Leadership Associate to support the Strategic Operations Department. You will work across procurement, logistics, print hub, customer support, and retail operations to gain hands-on experience and drive improvements.

Onboarding, training, and project ownership are key parts of the role. This full-time, day-shift position in Marion, IN emphasizes leadership development, cross-departmental exposure, and opportunities for advancement within the company’s growing

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, logistics, or operations settings.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Quick learner with the ability to master new processes.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operational departments including Procurement, Logistics, Print Hub, Customer Support, General Merchandise, Ink House, and Retail Operations throughout the year.
• Assist with onboarding new team members and conduct structured training across functions.
• Own operational improvement projects and report results to leadership.
• Shadow managers to learn scheduling, labor planning, and business metrics across Slingshot.
• Assist with store deployments, campus store transformations, and other retail initiatives nationwide.
