Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in roles requiring strong analytical and operational thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, priorities, or workflows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in fast‑paced environments with evolving priorities.
• High level of judgment, discretion, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with department heads to help coordinate and execute leadership priorities.
• Manage complex workflows including scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow‑ups to ensure leaders operate effectively.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives by tracking progress, resolving coordination challenges, and ensuring teams stay aligned.
• Help leaders work through operational problems spanning budget, staffing, scheduling, procurement, and supply chain coordination.
• Prepare materials, analyses, and briefings to support leadership decision‑making.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and help improve internal processes as the organization scales.
