Nordstrom is launching an accelerated Supply Chain Operations Manager in Training program beginning February 2027. It offers hands-on experience in Fulfillment and Distribution Centers, leadership development, and cross‑functional exposure.

Ideal candidates have or will graduate in 2026 with a degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. The program includes on‑site work, rotation across departments, and exposure to warehouse systems and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience in a DC/FC or related field.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field with graduation date Dec 2026 or earlier.
• Early‑career leadership exposure: ~0–1 year of people leadership experience.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a hands‑on fulfillment environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to adapt to various shift schedules (mornings, nights, weekends) for 24/7 operations.
• Open to relocation during or after the program for expanded career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in trainings, meetings, and workshops to cultivate leadership and management skills.
• Support current Supply Chain Operations Managers in executing daily processes to meet goals.
• Rotate between departments, shifts, or buildings to gain a deeper understanding of operations.
• Coach and mentor warehouse associates to drive performance and development.
• Assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training to build strong teams.
• Prioritize safety to maintain a safe work environment.
• Use data and analysis to improve departmental performance.
• Report on KPIs and track progress on projects and process improvements.
