Nordstrom, Inc in Florida is seeking a motivated candidate for a Supply Chain Operations Manager in Training. This accelerated rotational program offers hands-on experience in our Fulfillment and Distribution Centers, developing leadership, analytical, and communication skills alongside senior leaders.

You will rotate through departments, coach teams, and help drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement while reporting on KPIs and leveraging warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience in a DC/FC.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; graduation in 2026 or 2027.
• Early-career leadership exposure: 0–1 year of people leadership.
• Willing to work on-site in a hands-on fulfillment environment; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open to varying shifts for 24/7 operations; willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Participate in trainings, meetings, and workshops to build leadership and management skills.
• Support current Supply Chain Operations Managers in daily processes to meet goals.
• Rotate between departments, shifts, or buildings to understand operations.
• Coach and mentor warehouse associates to drive performance and development.
• Assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training.
