Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager in Training for a fast‑paced, on‑site development program. You will rotate across Fulfillment Centers, support daily operations, and coach teams while building leadership and analytical skills with senior leaders.

Ideal candidates have or will graduate in 2026 with a focus in Supply Chain Management or a related field, and are prepared for a February 2027 start. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience in a DC/FC or related setting.
• Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in a Supply Chain related field with graduation date 2026 or 2026-12.
• Early-career leadership exposure: 0–1 year of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in trainings, meetings, and workshops to develop leadership and management skills.
• Support current Supply Chain Operations Managers in daily processes to meet goals.
• Rotate between departments, shifts, or buildings to gain exposure to operations.
• Coach and mentor warehouse associates to drive performance and development.
• Assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training to build strong teams.
• Prioritize safety to maintain a safe work environment.
• Use data and analysis to improve departmental performance.
• Report KPIs, bridge performance gaps, and track project progress.
