Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience in a DC/FC.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a SCM focus or related field with anticipated graduation December 2026, or recently graduated within 18 months.

Responsibilities

Participate in trainings, meetings, and workshops to develop leadership and management skills.
Support current Supply Chain Operations Managers in daily processes and goals.
Rotate between departments, shifts, or buildings to gain operations insight.
Coach and mentor warehouse associates to drive performance and development.
Assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training to build strong teams.
Prioritize safety and report KPIs and improvements.
