Socket.dev is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-volume reverse logistics site in Dallas. You will manage receiving, sorting, dispositioning, and reintegration of returned products, while owning throughput and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of operations, site, or warehouse management experience.
• Proven track record leading teams of 20+ employees in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Direct experience with P&L (Profit & Loss) or cost-center management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

As Operations Manager at our Dallas UAC, you'll run the day-to-day of a high-volume reverse logistics operation — receiving, sorting, dispositioning, and moving returned product back into the supply chain. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll direct a team of 20–50 supervisors and frontline associates, own disposition accuracy and throughput, and serve as the primary point of contact for the customers we recover value for. Base Salary:$70,000 – $75,000 per year
