Job summary

Hampel Oil Distributors, Inc. is seeking a branch supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales and customer service, and supervise drivers and dispatchers. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a growing wholesale petroleum business.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office. CDL A with tanker/hazmat is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years supervisory experience required with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• 5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• CDL A license with tanker & hazmat endorsements.
• 2 years of management experience in the fuel and lubricant industry.
• Knowledge of Hampel Oil’s business and customer base.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations at the branch and help to achieve sales, customer service, and profitability goals and objectives while improving productivity and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with associates, customers, and vendors.
• Develop employees and company culture by promoting mutual respect, a positive regard for company growth, training, development, and retention of employees.
• This Position will supervise drivers and dispatchers.
• Support and demonstrate company culture and values with coworkers and customers.
• Always put safety first.
