Job summary

Ambipar is seeking a CDL A Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and drivers in environmental services and emergency response. You will ensure safety, compliance with OSHA/DOT, manage field operations, and coordinate on-call and overtime deployments while maintaining equipment readiness.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and the ability to work in varying weather and travel up to 50%. Onsite location with standard 7am–4pm hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification is required.
• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record is required.
• Ability to pass DOT and Hazmat physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and drivers in environmental services and emergency response.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
• Manage on-call deployments and overtime coordination.
• Maintain equipment readiness and document job reports and logs.
• Mentor field staff and enforce safety protocols.
