SM Tire seeks an experienced Operations Leader to oversee daily activities across all CA Central Coast locations, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will implement policies, monitor performance, and travel regularly to maintain standards.

The role requires at least 5 years of leadership in automotive or tire services, a related degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication and team-building skills. This full-time position includes a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of operational leadership experience in automotive or tire industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience considered.
• Proven success managing multiple locations and large teams.
• Strong leadership, time management, detail orientation, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all locations to ensure consistent service quality and productivity.
• Implement and maintain company policies, SOPs, and performance standards.
• Monitor workflow, facility organization, and customer service levels; travel between locations regularly.
