Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an Ops Knowledge Manager to support critical government and defense projects. You will manage KM activities, curate content, and refine metadata for USSTRATCOM’s IT infrastructure, including SharePoint on NIPRNet/SIPRNet.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to implement KM policies and drive process improvements. The role requires a TS/SCI eligible clearance, ITIL 4 Foundation, and 3+ years of related experience, based at Offutt AFB, NE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience
• Active Top Secret clearance (must currently possess)
• Experience administering SharePoint (NIPRNet/SIPRNet) with site collections, permissions, workflows, and content types
• Knowledge of RMF, DISA STIGs, secure data handling requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee knowledge management (KM) services to deliver, operate, and maintain KM capabilities for processes, procedures, and tools.
• Develop and manage knowledge content used by the infrastructure operations section.
• Manage, refine, and mature USSTRATCOM's metadata ontology and integration.
• Assess KM program, identify gaps, and recommend changes.
• Implement staff training on KM principles and practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for development, publishment and implementation of KM policies and procedures.
• Design, manage, and perform administrative functions for USSTRATCOM's SharePoint on NIPRNet and SIPRNet; support collaboration tools.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain best practices for collaboration portals.
• Make recommendations for processes and integration of tools that improve automation, collaboration, or data and knowledge processes.
