Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an Ops Knowledge Manager to support critical DoD missions from Offutt AFB, NE. You will oversee KM services, develop content, and mature metadata for enterprise IT operations, ensuring secure information management.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, and SharePoint administration on NIPRNet/SIPRNet. Regular, on-site work at Offutt AFB.

Qualifications

• Experience with KM practices and metadata schemas.
• SharePoint administration on NIPRNet/SIPRNet.
• Familiarity with DoW, RMF and secure data handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee knowledge management services to deliver, operate, and maintain KM capabilities.
• Develop and manage knowledge content for the infrastructure operations section.
• Refine USSTRATCOM’s metadata ontology and integration.
• Assess KM program, identify gaps, and recommend changes.
• Implement staff training on KM principles and practices.
• Coordinate KM policies and procedures with stakeholders.
• Design and administer SharePoint on NIPRNet/SIPRNet and other tools.
• Develop and maintain best practices for collaboration portals.
• Recommend process and tool integration to improve automation and data flows.
