Job summary

By Light Professional IT Services LLC, part of Full Spectrum Operations under EWOCS, is seeking a Knowledge Management professional with 1–3 years of experience to support DoD networks at Patrick Space Force Base, Cape Canaveral, and Vandenberg.

You will design and maintain KM systems using SharePoint and PowerApps, manage information governance, and ensure secure data sharing with government personnel and clients.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in KM or IT roles.
• Strong communication with military personnel, managers, and subordinates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and Teams.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.
• Experience with Confluence and ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document, organize, maintain, and share data and knowledge.
• Design and implement KM systems at required security level using SharePoint, Teams, Confluence.
• Maintain Records and Information Management (RIM) program.
• Maintain central knowledge base accessible by government personnel and customers.
• Assist in maintenance of SharePoint site collections and permissions.
• Design and maintain Microsoft InfoPath Forms and PowerApps.
