Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring an Operations Support Coordinator to back the Plaza Director and HRBP. You will handle recruiting activities, onboarding, clerical accounting, and general administrative duties across multiple travel plazas.

Strong communication and customer-service skills are required. The role supports engagement activities, processes invoices, and helps ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use word processing, spreadsheets and database software.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for recruiting activities and initiatives.
• Assist with new hire processes and onboarding paperwork.
• Answer and resolve administrative questions and distribute documents.
• Perform clerical accounting tasks and generate reports.
• Support cash control processes and associate engagement activities.
