The University of North Florida Board of Trustees seeks a Quality Assurance-OPS team member in Housing & Residence Life Facilities to assist with responding to student and family concerns and support customer service goals. This role reports to the Quality Control Coordinator and helps monitor conditions in residences and exteriors to ensure quality work.

• May coordinate project activities to ensure objectives and Housing Facilities quality controls are met.

Department Housing & Residence Life, Quality Assurance-OPS Compensation $20.00 Hourly

This position will assist with the response to student and family concerns for Housing and Residence Life Facilities. The position will report to the Quality Control Coordinator and will support the customer service functions for Housing and Residence Life Facilities. The position will assist in monitoring processes and conditions in residential spaces, Housing and Residence Life buildings, and Housing and Residence Life exteriors to ensure proper completion of work and customer service goals are met.

Job Duties

Departmental Requirements

• Must possess independent decision making and professional judgment, as well as a sense of urgency with regards to Customer Service matters.
• Must possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to apply professionalism, understanding, and sensitivity to all students or family interactions.
• Requires strong customer service skills.
• Previous experience in University Housing and/or Facilities is preferred.
