Job Functions:
This position will assist with the response to student and family concerns for Housing and Residence Life Facilities. The position will report to the Quality Control Coordinator and will support the customer service functions for Housing and Residence Life Facilities. The position will assist in monitoring processes and conditions in residential spaces, Housing and Residence Life buildings, and Housing and Residence Life exteriors to ensure proper completion of work and customer service goals are met.
