Classification Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and three years of general accounts transaction experience. Appropriate college course work or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for required experience.
This position is responsible for ensuring that vendors are paid in accordance with University and State of Florida rules and regulations, that expenses are paid with appropriate funding sources, and that supporting documentation is available and correct. This position will also ensure that purchase orders are closed after items are received and paid.
