Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Operations on a rapidly growing 350K+ sq ft facility network. You’ll drive data-informed decisions, build ROI models for automation, and partner with site leadership to optimize labor and capex across multiple sites in New Albany, OH or Mesa, AZ.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance or related analytics.
• 4+ years of experience manipulating large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prior SQL, Python, or Looker experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influence Through Data: Mine data to identify opportunities and influence stakeholders to improve fixed cost structure and unit economics.
• Provide Strong Controllership: OwnPO and headcount approvals and ensure spending aligns with financial plans.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: Build financial plans with site leadership and develop operational metrics.
• Financial Modeling: Build end-to-end ROI models for CapEx investments and processes.
• Process Improvement: Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale financial and operational processes.
