Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Analysis, FP&A, operations finance, cost accounting, or manufacturing analytics.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong understanding of how operational decisions flow through the P&L and balance sheet.
• Ability to work quickly, independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into key drivers.
• Partner with department heads to align financial plans with operations.
• Identify reporting inconsistencies and ensure accuracy.
• Ad hoc reporting as required.
• Analyze trends in sales, margins, and costs to improve profitability.
• Create dashboards and reports for executive leadership and Board presentations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the Sales Estimating Analyst.
