Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, operations finance, cost accounting, or a related analytical role preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and partnering with Operations or Supply Chain leadership.
• Requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident/Green Card status.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and large-data analysis; ERP/NetSuite familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial partner to Operations leadership with timely analysis and insight into performance.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Inventory, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to understand drivers and opportunities.
• Translate operational activity into financial impact and communicate findings clearly to leaders.
• Support leaders in evaluating investments, staffing needs, and improvement initiatives.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor utilization, overtime, productivity, capacity, and other cost drivers.
• Monitor KPIs: labor utilization, overtime, time tracking accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory, and quality costs.
• Quantify financial impact of operational improvement initiatives and ROI analyses for capex.
• Develop forecasts for labor, headcount, Opex, inventory; support budgeting and scenario analyses.
• Develop tools/models for faster, data-driven decisions and improve reporting automation.
