Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Manager, Internal Audit to strengthen controls and risk management across finance and operations. You’ll lead audits, partner with business leaders, and deliver independent assurance during a period of transformation and growth.

The role offers exposure across the organization, opportunities to influence processes, and leadership responsibilities within a global manufacturing environment. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute internal audits per annual plan and standards.
• Assess internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Identify gaps and propose practical remediation actions.
• Discuss results with leadership and monitor remediation progress.
• Support SOX and other regulatory audits as needed.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to audit team members.
