Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Industrial Technology OR 8 years related experience in operations.
• 5 years of progressive Engineering management experience in a similar environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial metrics and lean manufacturing principles.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and assigns activities to maintain high operating standards for facility cleanliness and safety.
• Drives facility operations to meet customer expectations and achieve KPIs.
• Implements policies and documentation to sustain process improvements.
• Executes demand-driven strategies to support operational excellence and long-range plans.
• Ensures smooth material, product and information flow for efficiency and cost control.
• Generates innovative ideas to improve business results.
• Creates a safe work environment and targets NSC metrics for injuries and loss days.
• Evaluates situations, makes decisions with positive business impact.
• Prioritizes work and plans resources within budget and staffing constraints.
• Acts as Epicor or SAP Super User within the function.
