Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Enablement Solutions Specialist to partner with Data Center Operations, translate needs into practical tools, and drive adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions. You will develop dashboards, document processes, and enable teams to scale efficiently across operations and engineering.

You will build and maintain SOPs and user guides, test solutions, and iterate with feedback to reduce manual work and improve consistency.

Qualifications

• Understand operational workflows and identify process gaps.
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements and internal solutions.
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, training materials, or other operational documentation.
• Test solutions, gather user feedback, troubleshoot, and iterate on tools or processes.
• Use data to evaluate adoption, efficiency, errors, and solution health.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Center Operations to map workflows and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and implement internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate operational challenges into clear requirements and practical solutions.
• Document, train, and enable users; maintain resources and SOPs.
• Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Infrastructure, Supply Chain to deliver improvements.
• Measure impact via adoption, time saved, errors reduced, and solution health.
