Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an Operations Enablement Manager to lead a team of Business Analysts delivering data-driven insights, reporting, and tools across Technology Services. You will translate complex data into actionable dashboards using Power BI, Airtable, and Tableau Next to improve field service efficiency and labor planning.

You will own the enablement strategy, drive workforce planning, capacity modeling, and cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders to align resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field; equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in business operations, analytics, planning, or field service operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership overseeing professional-level teams.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools, Airtable, Power BI, and Tableau Next.
• Experience building and improving data reporting tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the department responsible for operational support, including Business Analysts, driving planning and performance management.
• Own the operational enablement strategy for Technology Services using reporting, planning, and performance tools.
• Lead workforce planning, capacity strategy, labor optimization, and resource planning processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth, investments, and priorities.
• Drive cross-functional operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Accountable for productivity, utilization, cost efficiency, and scalable growth across the organization.
