Job summary

HealthDyne is seeking a BI Analyst to join our Operations Excellence team. You will turn operational data into clear, actionable insights, building reports and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. You will partner with operations, business leaders, and tech teams to drive performance and improve decision-making.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with data warehouses, develops metrics, and communicates findings to stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting business data using SQL.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience working with data warehouse sources to support reporting, analysis, and BI needs.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into clear, usable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Comfortable validating data and explaining findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support BI reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Use SQL to pull, organize, and analyze data from data warehouse and databases.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements and data analysis for decision-making.
• Build and improve dashboards, recurring reports, metrics views, and analytical tools for business users.
• Perform deep-dives and root cause analysis to answer business questions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key metrics and trusted data sources.
